Please note: Puppies must be 2lbs or a minimum of 8 weeks before leaving our care unless discussed otherwise.

A non-refundable reservation fee of $500 is required to hold a puppy.

This amount will be credited toward the total price of the puppy you select. Please note: if you decide to cancel your reservation, the fee is non-refundable and nontransferable.

 Our Yorkies & Chihuahuas are AKC & APRI registered, However, our puppies are placed in PET ONLY HOMES. 

Full rights may be granted to approved homes only.

Registration paperwork is not included in 'Pet Only' pricing.

Our prices typically range from $2,500-$5,500

with some of our rarer pups ranging $6,000+

New family is required to make pick up & flight nanny arrangements. 

Our puppies are up to date on vaccinations and go home with their shot records included. Because we care about every step of their journey to you, we send each puppy home with a small bag of their current Royal Canin puppy food and a gift bag with a few goodies. We also include a cozy blanket that has mom's scent to help them feel safe during their transition.

All prices, unless otherwise stated, reflect PET ONLY placement.

This means the puppy will come without registration. In very rare cases, Limited registration may be considered.

Full registration may be available to approved homes only at an additional fee. We are intentional and selective to preserve the quality and standards of our program.
